Scan a photograph of the cat, not the whole cat. If you haven't got a scanner, find someone who does and pay them to do it for you. Go over several photos with your cat and select a nice one together. It is important that if you use a flash in taking your picture, you watch out for FFBSONAS (Feline Flashbulb Stationary Object Non-Avoidance Syndrome). The surest sign of this disorder is if your cat bumps into stuff after you take his picture. If neccessary, you can send your picture as a .jpg,. bmp, or whatever. Please don't send your cat as an .exe, I already have enough of the critters running around! If you pkzip your cat, please remember to pkzip the litter box as well, or things can get a little messy pkunzipping. Please include the name of your cat in the body of the letter, and any other details you think are cute. Please, please, please, tell me the gender of the cat! I've been making some pretty poor guesses lately. It's very hard to write the captions without pronouns.
